Complimentary Discovery Call

Over a free 15-minute call, we get to know you and your space. We determine whether our Virtual Design service is the best fit for your project.

Design Questionnaire & Measurements

After the call, we will ask you to complete our Design Questionnaire in order to establish your room needs, requirements, investment amount, and style. At this time, you will share any inspirational images or Pinterest boards.

You will be asked to take accurate measurements and photos of your space. For all local clients, we will come measure your space at the Initial Consultation meeting.

Once we receive the questionnaire, photos, and measurements, a Proposal will be sent over outlining the design fee per room.

Floorplan

If your project involves any architectural or spatial changes, we will present 1-3 floor plan options with a scaled plan and accurate dimensions. You will also receive annotated furniture plans presenting options for furniture arrangements and our recommended spacing guidelines.

Vision Boards

You will receive one Overall Vision board conveying the muse behind your design concept. From there we will create a Vision Board unique to each room packed with an assortment of inspirational images conveying the ‘look and feel’ with materials, textures, lighting, and a custom color story.

Initial Selections

We will make initial material, furniture, and fixture selections and help you visualize the whole space.

Source Selections

We try our best to source all ‘hard surface’ materials such as tile and hardwood from local vendors in your area. Links to the local contact point person will be included. For furnishings, we source retail furniture so you have the ability to order on your own. You will receive a shopping list with links to the exact pieces of furniture online.

Proposals

We gather quotes from all trades and vendors to put together an accurate proposal for your final approval before ordering. All of the furnishings will come to a total no larger than the discussed budget.

Trade Furniture

We source from a combination of retail and our trusted trade-only vendors for unique high-quality furniture pieces. For any trade items, we will handle purchasing and implementation for you! We do NOT purchase or accept responsibility for retail furniture.

Purchasing

Purchasing from wholesale vendors is a time consuming process. We place orders for all furniture and fixtures, track deliveries to our receiving warehouse, and resolve deficiencies along the way.

Implementation

We will oversee and coordinate delivery of furniture and fixtures for white glove installation in your home. To end the project, we are happy to come accessorize and style your space and grant you access to the professional photos!
